ROSITE^TMMolded Product

ROSITE^TM is a high-precision fiber-reinforced unsaturated polyester resin (also called BMC) that is made using our compounding technology. It is used in a variety of areas due to its high precision, heat resistance, and the fact that different materials can be integrally molded. In addition, compounding gives the product superior electrical properties, and our ability to mold uneven parts with high accuracy, without any sinking, gives ROSITE a high degree of deign flexibility.

1. High Precision Superior to Die-Cast Metals
Our unique non-shrinking compound and a combination of different molds makes ROSITE highly precise.
2. Integral Molding of Different Materials
Various materials can be integrally molded into ROSITE^TM, including glass, mirrors and ceramics.
3.Wide Range of Compounds
Our unique formulation technology has made it possible to develop products in accordance with customer requirements.

-Other Properties of ROSITE^TM–

*As thermosetting resin is used, the shape does not change even at temperatures of 200℃ (unlike thermoplastic resin, melting does not occur).
ROSITE^TM does not burn or emit any toxic gases (UL standard V-0 level flame resistance).
Our compositions give ROSITE^TM superior electrical properties, including arc resistance, fire resistance, tracking resistance, and electrical conductivity or insulation.
Uneven designs can be molded with accuracy, giving ROSITE high design flexibility.
Various types of resin can be blended into ROSITE^TM, and the wide choice of reinforcing fibers makes it possible to manufacture light-weight products with high strength./li>
