ROSITETM glass integral molded products are made by combining glass and non-shrink BMC (Bulk Mold Compounding) into a smooth precision product with seamless transition between plastic and glass surfaces.
It was conventionally difficult to combine thermoplastics and glass, but we have developed integral molding technology that makes this possible through gluing.
Its smooth surface has meant it is widely used as the cover glass of Contact Image Sensors (CIS) of ATMs and scanners, and has also led to a reduction of overall assembly costs.
We have also applied our integral molding technology to devise new packaging from glass and plastic.

Glass Integral Molded Product ROSITETM
Additionally to the seamless integration of glass, the integral moldings made with our conventional ROSITETM (thermosetting resin) product also have the advantage of precise dimensions and not sinking like thermoplastic resin. Its high fluidity during the molding process also means that uneven and complex shapes can be accurately cast.
