MOLYMER MATEX\u2019s protection pipes are made with our continuous pultrusion molded PLALLOYTM<\/sup> material. It is a high quality product popularly used by power companies on bridges.<\/p>\n Continuous pultrusion molding assures quality and precision\u2014the interior and exterior surfaces are extremely smooth, and when cutting pipes on site, cut surfaces do not need any further processing.<\/li>\n FRP pipes are light, with a density of only a fifth of steel. This eases the weight burden on bridges and structures. Also, the product incorporates continuous glass fibers that are oriented axially, giving the pipes high rigidity.<\/li>\n The product has even greater corrosion resistance than stainless steel or aluminum, and can be used in areas by the sea.<\/li>\n The product can withstand temperatures between -50 degrees Celsius (\u2103) and 120 degrees Celsius (\u2103), making them ideal for use in extreme environments.<\/li>\n The product is highly weather resistant and rarely warps or loses its strength. While UV rays can affect its external appearance, deterioration of its material strength is minimal.<\/li>\n Being nonmagnetic, electrically insulating, and arc resistant makes the product highly suited for use in electrical environments and around single-core cabling.<\/li>\n The product comes in gray, but other colors can be requested during the manufacturing process. Please let us know if you need to match the product color with a bridge or another item in the planned environment. Adding another color at the manufacturing stage will require a bulk order, but products can also be painted after manufacture, in the case of smaller orders.<\/li>\n As the product is light, transport and assembly is relatively easy. It is also easier to drill, for example, than other steel products.<\/li>\n The nominal diameters of our products range from \u03a675 to \u03a6250.
