The FRP pipes can withstand maximum water pressures of 1.0MPa.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Pipes Range From 100A to 300A<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>We have a range of five types of pipe: 100A, 150A, 200A, 250A, and 300A. Moreover, the outside diameters match the sizes of steel pipes, thus joining products for steel pipes can be used.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">11m Product Length Reproduced<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>As the existing pipes were laid out at 11m intervals, we molded our FRP pipes in 11m sections so as to keep the numbers of joints the same.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Light and Easy to Handle<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>The heaviest pipe (11 m length of the 300A type) weighs only 180 kg which means workers can adjust positions of the pipes by hand during installation. Pipes are installed by hooking them onto brackets in the pit (see photograph below).<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Linear Expansion Coefficient is Equivalent to Steel Pipes<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>A low linear expansion coefficient, equivalent to steel pipes, means that lengthening is not an issue, as it is with polyethylene pipes.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Minimal Deflection<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>The reinforcing components of the FRP pipe, the glass fibers, are oriented axially, so there is little deflection and enduring strength. Attachment of adjacent pipes are also of a high standard.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Easy On-Site Adjustments<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Pipes can be relatively easily cut using a hand grinder with an FRP cutter, and as our pipes are made using continuous pultrusion, the surface is smooth and the diameter is uniform. This means that cut sections can be directly fitted with a joint without any surface adjustments.
